Mr. Soderberg is a Real Estate and Business Entrepreneur and the CEO of Gordan Development and

Construction Management. He has extensive experience in Business Creation, Real Estate

Acquisitions and Dispositions, Real Estate Development, Construction Management as well as 

Hospitality and Retail operations.

 

Currently he serves as a Junior Advisor with Exp Commercial Manhattan, NY specializing in sourcing

Properties and Businesses for Acquisitions and Dispositions including organizing Joint Ventures

and Syndications and assisting new and existing Real Estate and Business entities with Acquisition

and Operational Financing.

Having owned and developed Real Estate and Businesses within Opportunity Zones for several years Mr. Soderberg has extensive experience navigating the complexities of Opportunity Zone structures, operations and compliance.

 

With several years of operational experience as an Entrepreneur he has obtained the skill of managing distressed assets, both Business and Real Estate while working toward successfully negotiating amicable solutions for all the parties involved in these types of situations.
